The Inflatable Ice Bath has been designed for sports teams and clubs to aid recovery after moderate to intense training and competition.

How to use an Inflatable Ice Bath?

1. Inflating
   The bath comes complete with a rechargeable battery air pump, so that it can be inflated outdoors or at any venue, taking 2 minutes to fully inflate.
2. Filling
   Depending on water pressure, it takes between 10-15 minutes to fill. You can add ice to decrease the temperature if required.
3. Emptying and deflating
   If there is good drainage or the bath is used outside simply deflate the bath and the water will run out of the bath within 1 minute. You can then use the pump to fully deflate.
